Every Name, by Hand: Corporate Calligraphy and Engraving by Studio Vinda Shinde
A printed label goes out with the wrapping. A name engraved or written by hand is something people keep. Studio Vinda Shinde offers corporate calligraphy and engraving for teams, clients and guests in Pune, Mumbai and Kolhapur: perfume bottles and glassware engraved with a name, guests’ names written live at your event, and handwritten cards, tags and letters for festive gifting.
Engraving on perfume bottles and glassware
Vinda engraves names, initials and short messages by hand on perfume bottles, glassware and other glass gift items, adding a personal touch to a gift that is already premium. It works well for:
- Gifts for key clients and leadership teams
- Launch, anniversary and award giveaways
- Wedding and banquet favors
- Welcome gifts for VIP guests
The bottles or glasses are usually supplied by you, and feasibility is confirmed for each item before work begins. You approve a sample first. For events, engraving is completed in advance, so every guest receives theirs on the day.
Live calligraphy at your event
Guests’ names are written by hand while they watch, on name cards, place cards, gift tags and envelopes they take home. It suits conference welcome desks, product launches, awards nights, weddings and banquets, and brand activations.
- The scope is agreed in writing beforehand: items, number of names, lettering style and hours.
- Engraved glassware and foiled PU or leather diaries are prepared before the event.
- Set-up takes about 30 minutes. All that’s needed is a table, a chair and good light near the entrance.
Handwritten gifting for Diwali and year-end
For key clients, leadership teams and premium hampers: greeting and client cards, employee-appreciation cards, handwritten letters, calligraphed envelopes, gift tags, place cards and gift inserts, plus names heat-foiled on PU or leather diaries.
Send the names and messages in an Excel sheet and approve one sample. Each piece is then written, checked, packed and dispatched to one address or several. Larger orders need more lead time, so a firm dispatch date is confirmed in the quotation once the full brief has been reviewed.
Calligraphy and painting workshops for teams
Calm, hands-on sessions for engagement days, wellness weeks, learning and development programmes and celebrations. Options include painting workshops of 90–120 minutes or half a day, a full-day calligraphy workshop, and an online calligraphy workshop for teams in different cities. Groups of 10–12 work best, Vinda leads every session herself, and everyone leaves with a finished piece.
Original art for workplaces and hospitality
Original and commissioned paintings, and art-and-calligraphy pieces (company values, quotes, names) for offices, receptions, lobbies, rooms and cafés. Vinda paints in an abstract-realist style in inks, acrylics and oils, and every original comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
