- Entity: Comexim Synergy LLP — LLPIN ACN-6381
- Registered office: H. No. 8-3-228/151/H2, Rahmath Nagar, Yousufguda, Khairatabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 500045, India

2. Nature of our services
Comexim provides end-to-end export and global-sourcing services, which may include: supplier sourcing and verification, export compliance and certification support, export documentation, logistics and freight coordination, buyer–supplier matchmaking, and market-entry strategy advisory.
Depending on the engagement, Comexim may act either as a principal (a merchant exporter that buys from manufacturers and sells to buyers) or as a facilitator/intermediary connecting and supporting parties. The specific role, scope, deliverables, fees and obligations for any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, proforma invoice, or purchase/sale contract between the parties. The Website itself is informational and does not, by itself, create a binding trade contract.
No online payments. The Website does not process or collect online payments. Where an engagement requires payment, payment instructions (such as bank transfer or UPI details) are communicated to you directly, and payment terms are governed by the applicable invoice, proforma invoice, or written agreement.
3. No guarantees; informational nature
Information on the Website and in our communications is provided in good faith for general guidance.
- We do not guarantee any specific trade outcome, buyer, supplier, price, margin, delivery time, or business result.
- References to government schemes or incentives (e.g. RoDTEP, duty drawback) are general and depend on government policy and eligibility; we do not guarantee any benefit.
- Estimates, indicative pricing and timelines are not binding unless confirmed in a written agreement.
- Market, product and country information may change; verify independently before relying on it.
4. AI chat assistant
The Website may provide an AI-powered chat assistant.
- You are interacting with an AI system. Its responses are automated and provided for general information only.
- AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional, legal, financial, or trade-compliance advice, nor a binding offer or commitment by Comexim.
- Do not submit confidential or sensitive information into the chat. Information you enter may be processed by a third-party AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You should independently verify any information and seek professional advice before acting. We accept no liability for reliance on AI-generated responses.

- Where applicable, Incoterms® agreed in the relevant contract govern the allocation of costs, risks and responsibilities for a shipment.
- Neither party will engage in any transaction that violates applicable sanctions, export-control or anti-money-laundering (AML) laws, and we may conduct reasonable KYC/due-diligence checks. We do not deal with sanctioned/embargoed parties or destinations.
7. Anti-bribery and anti-corruption
Comexim conducts its business with integrity and expects the same from those it deals with. We do not offer, give, solicit, or accept bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments, or other improper payments or advantages to or from any person, including government officials, in connection with our services or any transaction we facilitate. This commitment is consistent with the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (India) and, given our cross-border engagements, with internationally applicable anti-corruption laws such as the UK Bribery Act 2010 and the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). You agree not to engage in, and not to ask Comexim to facilitate, any such conduct in connection with your dealings with us or any transaction we support.
